Mr. McQuade is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER and has more than 29 years of executive level experience on federal contracts, experience with Cost Accounting Standards, DCAA, and development of cost and price proposals. He has given lectures on accounting and regulatory issues affecting government contractors as well as taught classes on government contract pricing techniques.
His insight into pricing strategies that work and those that present risk to the organization has helped organizations integrate the cost/price volume “price to win” into the overall proposal development strategy. He has contributed to major contract wins in excess of 2 billion dollars for his former companies and his current clients.
Mr. McQuade has a BBA in accounting from Kent State University and earned his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.
